I would like to delete my BitSkins account. Can you assist me?

We can permanently lock your account if you wish to do so. However, you will not be able to access the site with that account anymore, and you will not be able to register with that Steam account or email address in the future. If you want to have this done, please contact our email support: [email protected] or creating a ticket on the site.

Can I delete my BitSkins account?

Yes, you can delete your BitSkins account from your account settings. Please note that after you have deleted your BitSkins account, you will not be able to access the site with that account anymore and you will not be able to register with that Steam account or email address in the future.

Can you explain how to get 2FA code?

Please go to your account settings. then under the security section enable 2FA and set it up from there.

When I go to the withdrawal area, it says to enter 2FA Code. Why is that?

For you to be able to withdraw your funds, 2fa is required. This is for security reasons. Please go to your account settings and enable it in the security section.

I tried adding 2FA but somehow it's having some issues. I tried it 3 times already and it says 2fa limit.

The error message "2fa limit" shows when you have had multiple failed sign in attempts. Please try again after one hour.

Why do I need 2fa when I try to withdraw my funds?

Secure Access adds an extra layer of security to your BitSkins account by requiring Two-Factor Authentication every time you log in on the site. For security reasons, all users are required to have 2fa enabled to be able to withdraw funds at the site.

I have lost access to my 2fa because I have a new phone. Could you please assist me?

I follow all the steps to enable 2fa but it still does not work.

Please delete BitSkins from your authenticator application and try again. You should have 2 inputs when you enable 2FA. One tab for typing in the email code and the second for the 6 digit code from your application. Please try all the steps again and let us know if it works. Also, please make sure that your device timer is synchronized properly. You can see it on this websites: time.is, Kraken - Authenticator app 2FA time syncing, Google support If the time is behind or ahead compare to the atomic timer, it could lead to this error. If your time is synchronized and you are still experience the error, let us know by contacting our email support: [email protected] or creating a ticket on the site.
