How long do I have to wait before my issue is resolved?

It depends on what issue you are experiencing. Our support team will assist you as soon as possible and forward your issue to the correct department when needed.

Why did the status on my ticket change to "hold"?

When a ticket has been forwarded to the correct department for further investigation, the status of the ticket will change to "hold". Our support team will get back to you as soon as possible. Your patience is appreciated!

Will I receive faster assistance if I create several tickets and emails regarding the same issue?

No. All emails and tickets are answered in order of date. Creating several tickets and sending more than one email regarding the same issue will only slow down the process. Our support team will therefore close/ delete tickets and emails regarding the same issue and reply to only the first ticket/ email sent to us.

What are skins?

Skins basically are virtual items that are being used in different games. The skins can for example be used to decorate weapons or personalize characters. In some cases the skins can give the player advantages in the game but most skins are just for visual purposes.

Can I change the language at the website?

We currently have two available language options at the site: English and Polish. You can change language with button at the "bottom left corner" on the website or when you're not logged, it's also available next to login buttons at the top

Can Russian users use the BitSkins site?

Russian users are free to use our platform but some option might not be available for Russian users. Due to geopolitical issues, MASTERCARD, VISA (as well as other companies) have suspended their operations in Russia for the time being.
