What happens if I deposit less than the minimum required? What should I do?

If you deposit less than the minimum required amount the transaction won't get processed by our system. Please contact our support team by creating a ticket on the site.

Which network should I use for my etherum deposit?

We only accept etherum transactions made through the ERC20 network.

I'm from Russia. Can I deposit with MasterCard?

Unfortunately, you won’t be able to use the CARDS deposit/withdrawal option. Due to geopolitical issues, MASTERCARD, VISA (as well as other companies) have suspended their operations in Russia for the time being. We encourage you to use another deposit option available at the site instead.

My deposit was declined with the decline reason "3D-secure". What does that mean?

Your transaction has been rejected by our payment processor because your card is not secured by 3-D secure authentication. You should contact your bank and ask them to enable this feature for you. 3D Secure is an additional step you can enable for every time a card transaction is made online. It enhances security measures. When you turn on 3D Secure, you’ll be asked to validate every transaction in your bank's app or with a SMS code and your PIN code.

How can withdraw my money?

You can withdraw your funds at the withdrawal page by choosing a withdrawal method that suits you best. The available withdrawal options for your region will be displayed at the withdrawal page. Please note that you only are allowed to withdraw your proceeds of sales and not funds you have deposited yourself.

Why can’t I withdraw all of my unspent funds?

There can be different reasons for you why you’re not able to withdraw all of your funds. You can for example not withdraw money you have deposited yourself (you’re only allowed to withdraw your proceeds of sales). The amount you are allowed to withdraw annually also depends on which KYC level your account has. You can find more information about the different KYC levels here: kyc. What currency (crypto) do you offer when withdraw via Binance method?

The payouts are sent in BUSD.

Can I withdraw my balance to my binance.us account?

Unfortunately not, binance.us is currently not supported. We only offer payouts to binance.com

How much fees will you charge me with if I use the binance option?

Binance Pay withdraw incur fees of 1%.

Do you have any withdrawal limits for the binance withdraw option?

These are our current limits: The minimum withdraw amount is $1.00 and the maximum withdraw amount is $5,000.00.

Can I withdraw my balance to my MasterCard?

Unfortunately not. We currently do not offer MasterCard withdrawals. If you wish to withdraw your funds to a card, please use a VISA card instead.

How do I enable VISA withdrawals?

To enable VISA withdrawals you must first verify your card by depositing $1 with it. After your card has been verified it will be saved at the deposit/ withdrawal section for future deposits/withdrawals.

Which countries do you NOT provide VISA withdrawals to?

We currently do not provide VISA cashouts to users from the following countries (this only applies to VISA withdrawals, other methods are still available): Argentina, Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Canada, Egypt, Guatemala, Japan, Cambodia, Korea (the Republic of), Kosovo, North Macedonia and United States of America. We're working on finding a solution to be able to offer users from these regions the VISA withdrawal option but unfortunately, we don't have an estimated time for this yet.

Why does my withdrawal keep getting "common declined by bank"?

Your card issuer/ bank is declining payments from BitSkins. Please get in contact with your card issuer/ bank to resolve the issue, or you can try with a different card.

It's been 2 days since I made the VISA withdrawal and it says completed but I haven't received my funds yet. Where is my withdrawal?

Keep in mind the amount of time it'll take for the funds to be available in your card depends on your card issuer/ bank, some issuers/ banks process all incoming transactions manually, which may cause your withdrawal to take a few hours to be completed, or longer if you're withdrawing while offices are closed (late at night, weekends, etc). If you haven't received your funds after 5 business days, please contact our support team by support_create on the site. They will assist you from there.

How long does VISA withdrawals take?

VISA withdrawals are usually processed within a couple of minutes but can in some cases take up to 5 business days. Keep in mind the amount of time it'll take for the funds to be available in your card depends on your card issuer/ bank. If you haven't received your funds after 5 business days, please contact our support team by support_create on the site.

What does it mean if my withdrawal was declined due to "incorrect card data"?

If your withdrawal got rejected due to "incorrect card data" you can start by checking that your card is still valid. The issue could also be that you have an Invalid PAN, CVV or that the transaction is not supported by card. If the issue persists, Please contact your card issuer/ bank to clarify the situation.

Can I change currency on the website?

Yes, If you scroll down to the "bottom left corner" on the website you will find the "currency tab". When you click on it a list of the available currencies will appear. Keep in mind currencies other than USD are converted from USD and only change the way the page is visualized. All purchases/ sales are made in US dollars.

My card does not have 3d-secure enabled to it. Can I still use it to deposit and withdraw at the site?

Unfortunately, that's not possible. We only accept cards that require additional 3-D secure authentication.
